Xian's 2nd Birthday

As usual this is again a late post and I still have a lot in my draft.kaloka!

Btw, Last March 25 (Friday) our little man celebrated his second birthday. We just had a simple celebration at home for family and friends, far from his 1st birthday celebration last year wherein imbitado halos ang buong barangay! So this time around, something intimate lang yet something that our little man will surely enjoy. Since he is fascinated with the Disney movie CARS and his ultimate fave character is Lightning McQueen, that's the theme I had in mind for his birthday.

Since Xian's birthday fall on a Friday, hubby and I  filed a vacation leave from our respective employers beforehand. we attended first the early mass on that day then we headed home afterward to prepare the food and since hubby is really a superb cook, he is the one who's in-charged with all the cooking,I'm just his assistant for that day :) 

As soon as we arrived home, Xian excitedly open mommy and daddy's birthday gift.When we asked him if he like it, his quick response "Yes, like!"

I prepare a simple DIY project, which served as the background. a black and white backdrop similar to the checkered Nascar flag while the yellow, red and green banderitas are also the colors used in other Nascar Flags.so match pa din! :D

Too bad, I can't upload all the pics on that day, but the little man really had fun from the tiny cars, candle blowing, playmates, birthday song, balloons and cake, happy faces, laughters and giggles,hugs and kisses etc etc..
