Hubby's Untitled Dish

The original master of our kitchen strikes back again with one of his specialty one rainy Sunday. He cooked this dish for our lunch.This is his version of chicken curry with bamboo shoots (or rather bamboo shoots with chicken). whatever! We called the bamboo shoots or bamboo sprouts as labong here in Batangas.

I lost my appetite because I had been sniffing and tasting what he's cooking a couple of minutes before we eat.lol.Just another hit dish from my cooking master boy perfect for the rainy weather.
